• Its use on those web pages or networks of web pages which employ unethical or black hat techniques to gain visitors.

You can't have more than one AdSense account. If you want to have multiple accounts, you should register with another email address and there are legitimate means to do that. Moreover, you shouldn't use advertisements exceeding a limit of three advertisements per page.
